We have a microsoft tenant, and all of our users who have project licenses, projects stopped working. The splash screen loads for a second or two and then disappears. Funny enough if I run as a different user Qorking can run the app with my user account I do not have a project license. I have tried online repair. Office Clean up tool from Microsoft.
Deleting appdata directories after uninstalling and then reinstalling again. I even deleted the user profile from the computer and rebuilt it and this caused project to work for one day.
I am at a loss. Most of our users are using Windows 10 I frew thinking of doing a update to latest build of windows, but I would prefer to not have to rush this on a high number of users.

It seems that the issue is related to Windows Operation system or user profile settings. Which Project you are using? Are these devices domain joined? Are there any policy set up by IT that may causes the issue? What if Running Project as administrator?

I cannot think of any policies that should cause issues with this. I could run it as a different user and it would work, normally or as admin. Hence why I rebuilt the user profile to start out with trouble shooting this. But after updating to Version I could not run it as admin or under any user. Thanks for the updates.
